Sophistication sampled to a decent sexiness: that’s the french – or, more specifically: the Bazaar-way of being modern without being modernistic. Within a layer of carefully constructed atmosphere you’ll find teasingly hypnotic beats. Sometimes they are hidden, sometimes they’ll jump right into your face and stick to your ears. There is an edgy smoothness about this album, or a smooth edginess, which makes it the perfect soundtrack to any kind of seduction. It’s like champagne: works with anything but it’s a pity to opt for it ONLY on special occasions…
